I need ideas on how to either organize/write my programs as well as the welcome letters. I know my guests will need specific info on the events, times, and locations of places but i dont even know how to word it! Im planning on having the programs be glued to the fans i will be providing at the ceremony and i want to either mail or email people with a welcome letter/brochure of what they need to know before they leave to Maui but im not sure if i could just do something on my computer (Mac book) or if i should just order something online...ive heard of vistaprint doing some things for free??? im trying to save money and do something that will be easy and wont take much time so if any of you know how you girls have done those things, any ideas would help! thanks in advance!
