Kalia & Laulima Room at Hale Koa

Does anyone have any scouting pics or reception pics of the the Kalia and Laulima rooms at the Hale Koa? I can't find any pics on the web at all and these are the only 2 rooms available for our size reception, since they won't let us have an outdoor reception. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello!

    I just recently booked the Laulima Room for my reception.  Unfortunately, I'm not in Hawai'i at the moment to actually see the room in person.  However, an employee at Hale Koa sent me a diagram of an example reception setup:



    Both the head table and circle tables hold 8 people each.  The dance floor is available only after the buffet area has been taken down (if you're having a buffet).

    we are having our reception at the laulima room since our party is very small too

    our wedding is in august..we are trying to arrange all the rentals like
    chair covers,
    linens,
    maybe lights
    any suggestions would be great!
