Beach ceremony tips needed

Hi,
I'll be holding the ceremony in Waimanalo beach in this coming May. I found a wedding planner and working on an inclusive package. I just want to get a sense of what's the reasonable price for the package I want. 

Services for my package: officiate, decorated bamboo arch, 14-18 chair, ukulele musician, flower bouquet, flower petals, marriage liscene, photographer and videographer, make-up and hair style.

Hmmm we are getting married in Maui and we hired a wedding planner.  her services are $950 (for all planning, day of coordination, officiant, marriage license, etc).  On top of that, we are paying $2000 for photos (having a fancy photog was FI's main concern).  Our videographer is $375 for an hour and a half. Musician is $300.  Makeup and Hair is about $250 for me.  Flowers/petals/bamboo arch we are keeping under $1500.  Chairs come with the venue.  So all up for those things for us, it is about $5375.....we have a few extras as well.

arches and chairs are not allowed on the beach, they changed the rules a few years ago  http://hawaii.gov/dlnr/land/forms-1/WikiAccessApplicationForm.pdf
