yeah, they'll make you sit through a high pressured sales pitch for some cookware (that I've heard is absolute crap). I've also heard the vacation they give away has a bunch of hitches and isn't very good in the first place. I got about 5 calls from them, most often right after a bridal show and never once went to their "seminars" Be very wary, very little is free these days and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I got the call from them after going to a bridal show. My fiance did a google search and saw the same info about the seminar and scam... Stinks that it isn't true though!

I would have loved to win a free vacation. They were offering some good ones too. We googled their website too. I was not about to go and waste my time sitting through an hour long seminar to get some cheap cookware and a free voucher for a vacation probably at some 2 star resort. BOO TO THAT!!!
  • I went to the presentation in Austin in June. It was only 45 minutes, and the cookware is really very good (My fiance's parents have had it for over 30 years). They were very nice, and explained everything (I was skeptical at how anyone could just give away vacations). They said because they don't advertise, that money goes into trips for brides and grooms - their main marketing plan is, you guessed it, at the bridal shows.

Yes, it's only 3 days and 2 nights, which isn't much of a trip, but if you add it before or after another vacation it's a pretty sweet deal. Or, it you extend it to 7 days, you still get those 3 for free, which is free money.

You pay $50 for taxes on the trip, and it was NOT high pressure sales at all. I took my fiancee's parents with me, and they were a given a free trip too just for showing up!

    I don't think it's a scam, but that's just me...
