Bayer Estate

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had insight into the Bayer Estate. I am looking at it for our wedding in January and wanted to see if anyone had their wedding there or knew any direct info on it. We live in Oahu (fyi).

    i think the prices i had are outdated, but it's a cute little house near the water. you can get ready and have your ceremony+reception there if you like. i believe it only holds maximum of 60 people in the backyard, though.

    Ditto caiandcullen, its a really cute house on the water.  I would have loved to have our wedding there, but the capacity limitations are pretty strict, and we were definitely going to go over the max.  I have a couple of friends who had their weddings at the estate and they loved it.

    We are only going to have 20 people so we probably would fit the requirement :)
