Sorry this may be a little long. I found my dream dress in a little boutique back around where I am from and it happened to be a high end designer and ended up being about twice as much as we wanted to spend. I then went to Wendy's and found a replica of the dress for a quarter of the price so I was ecstatic! The sample I tried on was an "Antique" color, which was too yellow for me, but they told me it came in White or Ivory. I knew I didn't want white so we ordered the Ivory one in mid July and I got a note in the mail 2 weeks ago that it had arrived. I thought this was odd since they told me it would take 6 months but I called and they said it was definitely there. So last Thursday my mom and I go to pick it up and they un-zip the garment bag and it is the Antique color!! To make a long story short, we come to find out that it doesn't even come in Ivory, only the White and "Antique Ivory." I remained calm but told them if it couldn't be made in Ivory, I did not want the dress.Lila (the manager) said she would call the manufacturer/factory to see if they could do it in an Ivory color. After many phone calls, they aren't able to get it in the Ivory and they are refunding me in full (it was their mistake). The point of my long and drawn out story is that I know Wendy's gets mixed reviews on here, but they went above and beyond to help me and we very cooperative about refunding me. I just wanted to give them some love on here!So now I am starting dress shopping Saturday...again
