Bags for OOT Bags?

So, what bags did you use if you did OOT bags? And where did you get them? I'm thinking I will need somewhere between 15 and 30 total, and I am hoping for something that costs under $5.

Also, excited, I am sending out money tomorrow for a deposit on the house in Laie where we will be staying for the week and having our small wedding and reception! It will be the first money I am actually spending, its getting real!

We're using Foodland reusable shopping bags.  They were $2 each, and have adorable pictures of spam musubi on them.

we're using reusable cooler bags...kinda looks like the reusable shopping bags but smaller...a lot of people here use them for lunch bags

If you will have time before the wedding, you could check out the swap meet at Aloha Stadium. There are a lot of vendors there that carry the same things theyhave in gift shops but for less than half the price. It's also a great place to look for filler gifts for the bags (shell leis, foam flower hair clips, etc). Personally I'd suggest lauhala baskets. They can be found at the walmart in honolulu or the swap meet (proabbly over budget at Walmart, but under budget at the swap meet). If you want reusable shopping bags, Foodland has some and Taget has red and white ones with a Hawaiian inspired print. I think Coco Cove and Hilo Hattie have some too, but I could be mistaken. All of those are about $3 a piece and are often on sale.

Aloha Stadium swap meet is Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Hope that helps
