How many hours of photography?

How long did everyone book their photographers for? I am looking at a couple different packages that range from 2-6 hours. There will be less than 10 people total and we aren't into traditional portaits so most of the pictures will just be of the two of us.

My question is how long do you think is long enough? I don't know how many pictures they typically take in an hour. How long did you book yours for? If already married, do you wish you had booked more time? I don't want to get sick of taking pictures but I also want to make sure we have enough to get some great shots.

 I was really thankful that I had my photographer come for getting ready photos. I originally was going to skip them for cost reasons, but at the last minute I scheduled the photog to come earlier. I think it was essential to have the photographers there during that time. 

With that said, my only suggestion is that however much time you allot for photos, perhaps you should consider having the photographers there while you're getting ready.
