private dinner/private chef on Maui??

We're wanting to have a private chef/sunset dinner preferably near a beach our last night of the honeymoon.  Any suggestions who we should contact?

    don't have a private chef to recommend but we had one done at the hyatt regency (on the west side of the island) and the food was amazing!  they used one of their private massage beach bungalows.  they also booked a musician for us.

    For our rehearsal dinner, we're hiring a private chef instead of a caterer (to save money). We've looked into Dan Fiske and the other one is Paul Alkire.  My family has used Paul Alkire for a lot of events, and love him.  He does the grocery shopping, which you just reimburse him for, and can charge you by the hour not p/person.

    Try threescatering. Their food looks amazing and I am pretty sure you can hire a private chef.

    Hands down, my favorite caterer is Catering from Soup to Nuts. Ralph Giles and Daniel are amazing chefs! 808.357.9444
