Welcome Letter Template

Does anyone have a template that they used for a welcome letter, schedule, brochure, or other documents that were given to guests when they arrived?  Any help would be appreciated!

I have a newsletter we did in Publisher. It's totally silly, but I know our guests liked it. If you have publisher, let me know and I'll email it over.
