Haiku Garden - ceremony venue

Aloha Fellow Hawaiian Brides,

Just joined this site and hoping that I gain lot's of insight from it...so far I definately have!  Found some great tips and advice from you, girls
Just wondering if anyone out there knows anything (pros and cons) about Haiku Garden.  Any advice, information...I will take all that I can :):)

    WELCOME!  I don't have any venue specific thoughts since this is the first I've heard of it but it looks really pretty!  :)  Hopefully someone else can be of more help :D

    Welcome to the board!!  I've seen a few photos of Haiku Garden and it's beautiful!  Don't have any first-hand advice.  We looked at the website and did a bit of research at the beginning of wedding planning.  

    From what I remember, the downside is that it tends to rain quite frequently in the area (which is why it's so green and lush there!).  However, it looks absolutely gorgeous!  Welcome again and keep us updated!  :)

    BTW - another disadvantage might be travel time for guests, as most ppl will probably be staying in Honolulu/Waikiki hotels.  Haiku Gardens isn't quite as far away as say the North Shore, but you might want to arrange transportation for guests, if the majority are from out-of-town.  HTH!
