Other than Turtle Bay, does anyone know of a great wedding cake baker in/near the North Shore?

I don't know of any but most of them can deliver to you. I've rencently been in touch with Cake Works and they have been really fast with responding to emails and giving me a quote within our budget. It included delivery and setup.

Our cake came from Maui wedding cakes and it was the BEST cake I have EVER HAD!!!! Not sure where they are located though on Maui.
