Dress Update

It's PERFECT!!! I wish I had pics to show you ladies but I was so overwhelmed that the dress I had for the last 6 months that didn't feel or look like the one I loved actually became the dress I was in love with in one shot that I completely forgot to take any pictures. I totally cried LOL. I also went with the 3 point under bustle and it looks so amazing with the dress.... almost feels like it transforms it into a second dress. I can't wait to show you!!!

I haven't been on in a little while, feels like I've accomplished a lot since then.

Yesterday was the one year mark from FI's proposal. He brought home 2 pieces of really yummy tuxedo cake and ice cream and on one of the boards I'd seen this idea for writing 100 reasons why I love you and giving it to their FI on the 100 day mark. Seems how I saw the idea after our 100 day mark I thought I'd come up with my own...... I wrote "1 year ago today I said "yes" - 37 days from now I"m going to say "I Do". 37 reasons why I love you and can't wait for that moment" and then listed 37 reasons (tee hee he totally teared up, it was really cute..... he kept saying how much he loved it). We were going to watch the video of our proposal together but his sister phoned and started a big fight with him and totally ruined our moment..... gotta love the family dynamics LOL.

Yesterday I also wrote up my final to do list.... chances of it staying the size it is are probably next to impossible but it still felt great to print off the final one!!!

Wow its great to hear that your dress turned out so amazing.  Now I need to see pictures of it!  Just over a month to go, you must be so excited!

I LOVE the 37 reasons thing. That sounds really cute... and I also love that his sister called and stirred up some drama. Definitely puts a real spin on things

Aw, I'm glad I was able to help you out make a total moment before it was ruined, haha!  Since FI loved my 100 days, I'm thinking about doing my 50 days as a joke and doing "50 reasons why you should marry me in 50 days", haha!

thanks ladies...... I know I've said this about a 100 times before but it has flown by so fast and seems to be speeding up even more these days.

SLD - was that you??? I couldn't remember which board I saw it on or who I owed the credit to but I was trying to think of something cute to do celebrate the day and that one totally popped into my head last minute.... so thanks, he loved it!!!!

and seriously - the sister - I thought maybe as we got closer to the wedding that some of the family would stop with the drama and let us enjoy the last of the moment but apprently not!! It was over something incredibly silly and by the end of the convo it was completely in the air if her and her fam will even attend the wedding.................. she is supposed to be my witness!! She tried to call me today on my cell phone but 1. I"m not getting involved - I know better than to become involved in family disputes, it is 100% not my place 2. I'm at work and not dealing with it at work and 3. Seriously, so done with drama, I don't wanna know about anything for the last month - just let me live in la la land and pretend everything is fabulous until after the wedding : )

What a sweet thing to do for him.  Sounds like he loved it.

Also, yay for getting being so close to your big trip!  I know the month leading up to our departure was stressful, but things also were feeling very real, and the excitement just kept building.  Enjoy it!
