DJ for Olowalu Plantation House (Maui)

We are getting married at the Olowalu Plantation House in Maui, August 2011.  We are having a DJ for the ceremony and reception (both at the Olowalu).  We need a DJ that has good speakers, mics, and sound for the ceremony (because it is outside) and can read a crowd and not speak too much on the mic during the reception.  We definitely want someone easy to get along with.
Our coordinator recommended, Billy Arbour, Soundwave Recording.  I can't seem to find any reviews about him.  Has anyone used him?  What did you think?
I also saw Jay Langworthy (aka, DJ Boomshot) mentioned on the boards.  What do people think about him?

Hi, my WP highly recommended Jay Langworthy (aka, DJ Boomshot) for our olowalu wedding so we booked him.  Unfortunately my wedding is after yours so i cannot provide a review.  My WP took care of all the details so i did not personally speak with him but i have read good reviews from fellow knotties. J. :-)

I have also booked Jay for our wedding in July.  He sounded very knowledgable and like a nice guy when we chatted with him on the phone.  I told him we want to lay off the cheesy wedding DJ thing and he was totally fine with that, he said he prefers not to be on the mic all the time - which we liked a lot.

I booked DJ Ron of 007 Productions for our wedding at Sugarman.  He was great--didn't talk on the mic much...although I do remember him kindly jesting with a guest telling him not to dance on the tent poles, for which I'm thankful  

He read the crowd better than any DJ I have ever heard! He got everyone hot and sweaty and then did a session of slow songs (repeat)...the dance floor was full the whole 2+ hours of dancing we had there.

Horrifing indeed...and getting a bloody nose after is just the wrongest thing...i really really feel for her. J. :-)
