Bringing your own photographer?

I am bringing my own AMAZING photographer from Oregon.  Her travel and services are lumped together into one package price.  What is appropriate etiquette for tipping photographers?  Do I give a gift?  If I give cash, what percent?

If the photographer owns her own business it is not necessary to tip her. I think buying her a meal while in Hawaii, or just placing a photo order when you return is sufficient. But the best gift you can give a photographer is the gift of a great review and referrals!

I agree with Brea. We are bringing our own photographer, too. We are paying for her whole trip and she's taking pictures of us for the wedding week. I plan on giving her some Hawaiian goodies to take home with her at the end of the trip as a thank you.
