Halekulani- Garden Terrace

Aloha Ladies,

Did anyone have their wedding at Halekulani in their Garden Terrace? I'm debating whether to go use them but a florist told me that the room was dark and simple, it put me off a little. I've tried googling pictures but I can not find anyone who had their wedding at the Garden Terrace. Hope you ladies can help.

    I haven't been to any functions in the Garden Terrace, but when I went for a site visit there, they were setting up the room for an event.  I have a picture of the room on my blog:

    I think it looked nice, and I liked that it was open to the courtyard.  Because it is on the main level and open, though, it is not as private as the Hau Terrace or Grand Ballroom, which are both located on the second level.

    IMO, you can always dress up a simple room with your own decor and lighting, so I wouldn't be put off by her comment too much.
