Has anyone used MelissaRoshan?

I contacted MelissaRoshan for makeup and she's available for my date. Has anyone used her before? I know she's been mentioned before, but not in a lot of detail. If you used her were you happy with your look and her personality? I am looking for a bit more of a dramatic look for the wedding, and I usually wear more makeup and play with it a little more than most people I know, so I liked the looks she made for her brides featured on her portfolio. Any feedback on her, or anyone else that gives that same look is greatly appreciated. (Oh and I already contacted Alison Feamster, who is not available on my day but I also think her style is a little too natural for what I want.) Thanks ladies!

Hi! I just had my trial with her a week or two ago and I've booked her for my wedding. I chose her for the reasons you describe -- I wanted a look that was not overdone or tacky but that felt like something I couldn't have done myself (a little bit of wow factor). I was very satisfied with the trial. The look was great and it lasted many hours. She was also very sweet and willing to change anything I wasn't 100% satisfied about.

I hired MelissaRoshan for my wedding, and now my sister has as well.  I am the same as you.  I wanted a glamour look, but not gaudy/prom like.  Not only did I look flawless, and perfect, but so did everyone else in my bridal party.  She is very sweet, hilarious,  and professional.  I highly recommend her.

Melissa did my make-up for my wedding on September 26th and she was awesome.  I felt like she really listened well at the trial and gave me the look I wanted.  She was also wonderful to have around the day of the wedding.  She has a wonderful, calming presence.

Thanks so much for your advice lades! My trial went wonderfully!!!! She was so professional, calm, and definitely knows what she's doing. I also noticed she recently did a friend's wedding, and the bride looked lovely. She totally got the idea I wanted to be glamourous, and let me tell you what- I got so many compliments throughout the day! My makeup lasted for 16 hours! My fiance, who I didn't think even noticed my makeup, said as we were getting ready for bed, "Your makeup looks good by the way." I asked why he didn't say anything sooner, and he said, "Because I wanted to see how long it would last." Ha! My eyelashes stayed on for 3 days! And she sent me home with free lip balm and touch-up lip gloss. Highly highly highly recommend her!
