Suggestions for wedding pacakge/ Vow Renewal on the beach

We're planning a simple Vow Renewal during our 10th anniversary trip. Our budget is $750- $1000, that needs to cover photos, transport from our hotel (Disney's Alauni), the officant, and flowers.  Our hotel has a minimum fee of $4,000. I've found a number of vendors online but I'm not sure who to trust. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Which Island are you staying on? I'm staying on Oahu and using myhawaiiwedding.com. They dont offer a transport from the hotel to the location so we are getting on the beach outside our hotel. If we wanted a different location we would grab a taxi.
