streaming wedding live for guest at home

Did anyone check into having their wedding  streamed live for family/ friends to watch at home that can't make it?

If so.. any ideas on cost?I

This isn't something that we did but our coordinator offered it as an option for about $150. I've also seen it go as high as $1k. So it really depends on who you get it through.

Our friends actually did FaceTime off iPad to the rest of our family and friends back home. It worked out pretty great. You have to factor in the time difference too, so during our ceremony most of the people back home were in their pajamas. Which was pretty cool. I would also check with videographers as that is now becoming a more popular request they might be accommodating.

We are using live maui webcasts for our wedding video and a live stream for all of our family.  We are the only ones going to Maui so it was worth the expense for everyone to be able to see it.  They do have lesser expensive packages.  They have been great to work with so far, but I can not speak for their work just yet.
