Thanks ladies.

We are looking for a reception that is max of 200 people.  preferably in door ballroom type for dinner..  budget around 10K flexible.  

We've recieved responses from Haiku Mill (not w/in our budget), Royal Lahaina, Hotel Wailea, and the 4 Seasons.  

Any other options?!?!

How about the other major hotels?  Not sure if they are within budget.

Marriott Wailea - they were great working with us for our wedding needs
Ritz (Kapalua) - not sure you can hit the price point
Westin Villas (Kaanapali) - they seemed very willing to work with us
Fairmont Kea Lani (Wailea) - I think their minimum was ridiculously high
Makena Beach & Golf Resort - they seemed the most willing to work with us
Sheraton (Kaanapali) - never looked at them

I know Gannon's and some of the other major restaurants will allow you to buy things out.  Maybe check Mama's and others as well?

thank you.  I think we may go with the four seasons or the fairmont at kea lani because we have a hook up.  Thanks for all you help.
