Leis for the male guests

I have to give our WC the final request for how many and what kind of leis for the guests. FI will be getting a Maile Ti Leaf lei during the ceremony - Should I also get the other male guests a maile ti leaf lei? Is that only for the groom?

We are giving our male guests Kukui nut leis and white flower leis for the women

The Ti Leaf should be only for the groom so he looks special.  A regular lei or the nut lei woudl be good for the male guests.

We gave our male guests very simplifeid ti-leaf leis.  They looked nothing like the groom's lei.  Kukui nut will also work, and might be more affordable.

We gave all of our guest jade & lavender orchid leis as the groom, groomsmen & dads had kukui nut leis in addition to maile or ti leaf leis. And the moms, BM and me had special leis that were different from the guest leis also.

We are having the same simple ti leaf ones Racholas did for male family members. Then FI is having the traditional groom's Maile Ti Leaf lei which is much fuller.

If you can afford a little bit of an upgrade, go for Cooke Island Maile for your groom.  This is the traditional lei used in Hawaiian weddings -- it is also what our young men wear for proms.  Maile is a very special fragrant vine and it is a huge honor to be given one.  I am giving my groom a Cooke Island Maile with Tuberose entertwined.  It's a little more pricey, but the maile will dry beautifully and it is incredibly fragrant.

We had these ti leaf leis!  They were very affortable maybe 10-$15 a piece and the groom had a both a maile and fancy ti leaf lei.  Also ordered all of the flowers from www.noelanifloraldesigns.com

I made ribbon lies for all of our guest and they loved them as they could keep wearing them and take them home to the mainland after the wedding. The lies were blue on of our wedding colors and the guys liked them as well. It is traditional for the bride and groom to give thier new parents leis and these should be nicer then the leis for the other guests. My father in law wore his all week while he was in Hawaii. It was soooo cute!
