7.5 weeks post wedding and we still don't have our "expedited" marriage certificate. Today I called the Oahu Vital Records office... again... and HOORAY our license was processed yesterday. Happy birthday to me!

We should have it in hand in about a week.

I am glad you finally got it Bree.  I hope mine doesn't take so long.  We are getting married the 7th of February.  I don't have the medical coverage deadlines you did as I am already on my FI's medical but I want to change my name right away.  I still have my ex-husband's name.  I didn't change it when I got divorced.  I wanted to have the same name as my kids but the last one turns 18 next week so I don't need to worry about that anymore.
