Hi Ladies,

I'm currently working on my DIY AHR party favors. Mind you...it's been a super long time since I have used Photoshop so my skills are pretty rusty.

This a Hawaiian Quilt "monogram" that I've been working on. What do you think? What improvements could I make, if any? Of course, the man is no help at all!

I have used the palm leaf design in our invites so I wanted to stick with that. Our colors for the reception is orange and yellow.

Hm, what's it to be used on? I could see it on a napkin or as a placeholder inside a picture frameg, but hard to imagine something with that logo that I would keep (like a mug).

I like it...but i would try to incoporate a personal ascept to it like your initials/names, the island you are getting married on, your date...this sort of stuff. HTH! J. :-)

It's hard to describe so I'll just show you...it's for lip balm pockets (taken from Style Me Pretty Blog). The monogram that I am working on will be on the "cover" and then on the inside, it will say "Mahalo" with our names and wedding date. I'm also DIY'ing the lip balm labels.

Thanks...that makes it much clearer...great idea...i still think you should make the front cover personal with your initials maybe with or without the word aloha...but this is just my personal opinion. HTH! J. :-)
