Audio Visual Needs?

How do we go about getting a projector and screen for a photo slideshow at our reception? Is this something you can rent, or borrow? Any references for the Collumbus, OH area?

    We are renting one from our DJ. A lot of DJs probably offer this as they have equipment they use themselves. If you're not already using a DJ, you could probably call a few to see if they have equipment rentals.

    A lot of reception sites will have this also as they often host business mtgs, etc. They may not even charge you to use -- mine didn't!

    When I plan conferences at work we use Hughies for this sort of stuff and their customer service is really good.  I would definitely check with your venue first to see if they have that sort of stuff.
