Alterations: Charlsie Hand? Birmingham area :)

The store I ordered my dress from suggested I use her -- just wondering if anyone in the area has had any experience with her or if their is someone else you would suggest. My wedding is in less than a month and I haven't recieved my dress yet... and the dress shop hasn't been very helpful in returning my calls about where my dress is and why it isn't here yet.

    I hope everything went ok with your dress i dont know if you have used Mrs. Hand but I did and her and her sister were wonderful and they did an amazing job with my dress in a very short time frame! Did you order your dress from Bella Couture by any chance? same thing happened with my dress they were a real pain & they recommended charlsie
