Follow up

Good afternoon everyone!  So, we finally got to the big day and tied the knot last Saturday (May 7) in Birmingham.  It was a great day (but of course, like always, not without snafoos!).  We are taking our honeymoon at the end of June, so I have some time to reflect.

PLEASE enjoy your day, cause it will all be a blur and you will rely on video and photos to remind you of things you didn't even notice!  Try not to sweat the small stuff (like your limo breaking down like mine did)...and if the small stuff turns to big stuff...I hope your bridesmaids are as awsome as mine and go to the grocery store across the street and buy some adult beverages for you!  :)  Lastly, I think the part that I wasn't ready for was that some people are just rude and have no wedding ettiquite.  We had approx. 15 ppl (in-town mind you) that RSVP'd and just didn't show up.  And I'm sure you know, we had to pay for them people ahead of time.  As ridiculous as it was, focus on those that made the effort to come to your wedding...and worry about the others later!  :)

I would be happy to give any reviews or recommendations if anyone would like them!  Hope your day is as memorable as mine was!  :)

Thank you for your advice.  It seems like you have a good sense of humor about the limo- hate that it happened but glad you aren't too upset about it! :)

Thanks for the advice!  Sorry about the limo, but you definitely handled it better than I would have!

Oh, I definately did not handle it well at the beginning, but my bridesmaids helped calm me down and we ended up with an even better limo after only about a 20 minute wait.  The company made it right...but I could've done without the breakdown!  :)
