Low Budget! Venues?

I need to find a venue in either Southern Alabama or Northern Florida. Somewhere I can have the ceremoney and reception would be nice but not too important. It needs to be wheelchair accessable and very cheap! Liquor license isn't important. Inside/outside is okay. It will be a spring wedding. My fiance and I have a very limited budget. We are young and more than likely paying for everything ourselves. So any advice on venues and/or anything else would be greatly appreciated. I have just started planning and have nothing so far! So thanks in advance.

By low budget, what is your range? Two of the least expensive places I have found around Southern Alabama (Dothan area) have been Dothan Botanical Gardens ($1,400) and Landmark Park (I *think* $1,200). We are on a tight budget, too, so low cost was important to us. Both have an indoor and an outdoor option.
