BIRMINGHAM bridal shower venu help

My recent MOH has gotten engaged and wishes to get married in just 2 SHORT mnoths.  She is wanting to have a shower in july, but I am not form Birmingham.  Does anyone know of a cute cafe' like place that can be used for a shower? It doesn't have to be huge... possible 25 guests to plan for.

    Try Birmingham Botanical Gardens.  They have a little cafe and several rooms you can rent.  HTH!

    What part of Birmingham?  Are you wanting it to be around the 280 area, South Side, the Loft District, etc.?  These places aren't far apart, but the traffic can be a hassle.

    Some suggestions I would consider would be Cobb Lane Bed & Breakfast & Rojo in Southside/Downtown.  The Botanical Gardens just outside of Birmingham in Mountain Brook; Alldridge Gardens in the Hoover area; and any of the numerous houses that specialize in these events that are everywhere (Sweet House in Bessemer, Rucker Place, Donnelly House--both in SouthSide/Highland area).
