CAJUN STEAMER in trussville always has great specials on girlie drinks and shots! You could start the party there!

I assume you want to get out of Cullman for the party?  Unless you want to hit up All Steak, I can't think of anything to do there and I lived there for 20 years!

If you want to do to the bar/club thing, come to downtown B'ham.  There are plenty of trendy restaurants (for any budget) and tons of stuff to do.  Bars like the Blue Monkey cater to an older crowd while Club 21 is geared to college-aged.
