Centerpieces

Good morning everyone!  Did you all have a great three-day weekend?Yesterday, I went with my fmil/fsil to Michael's and Hobby Lobby in search of items to create centerpieces, and after playing around with everything for about an hour, I think we found a winner!  There are only two pictures, which can be found on my site (linked in my sig).  They are under 'misc.'  There is a paragraph below the two pics that gives more detail about them.Let me know what you think!Have a great day :)

    Looks great! OMG, I never want to set foot in another Hobby Lobby for as long as I live! I am so sick of it! *lol*

    I never really go to any of those craft stores, so it doesn't bother me too much.  The prices on some things are pretty outrageous, but they have some really neat stuff.

    They do have some cool stuff, but I feel like I have been to a Hobby Lobby every weekend for the past year! *lol* If I could have remembered to get everything all at once, it would have been fine, but I kept remembering small stuff I needed and having to go back. Now, I hate it. *lol*

    I will probably end up that way.  Luckily, my fmil has a general idea of what I want decoration-wise and she has no problem going to those stores ALL of the time and buying a few things to show me and try out.  I've only been maybe three times since March, but if I keep going, I may end up hating it, too!
