Feeding Vendors??

I know your suppose to feed your vendors...but do I email them and ask them what they would like to eat? Or how to I go about that? And what vendors do I feed? All of them that will be there during the reception??

We just asked them at our final meetings, but I think an email would be fine. We asked if what we were serving was okay, or if they would want something that was more portable like a sandwich. We are feeding our photographer, our venue's day of coordinator, and our djs.  We figured if they were workiing a really long shift like that, they should be fed.

we are feeding, planner and asst., the dj and asst., the bartender, photographer and our pastor. At first we were doing plated meals so i asked for their option of beef, chicken or veggie. but now we are using an all you can eat vendor so it was pointless in asking.

We are feeding our vendors, I think they get the choice when they get there. My caterer has a special vendor priced meal because they generally don't eat salad and all the extras like that.

We just have two photographers and a dj that we need to feed. We will just add them to the buffet.

They get the choice at the venue. My venue makes a bunch of extra meals anyway, in case people change their minds, so they'll just get a choice after my guests are fed.
