Looking for photographers!

Good evening ladies!

We have a date (July 21, 2012!), plus ceremony and reception venues- now for making memories! I have to admit, I felt a little nauseous after looking at the "investment" pages for popular photographers in DE. We would love someone with a photojournalistic style but not too artsy. Albums and extra prints aren't our priorities- just a printable high res DVD with rights and online hosting. I'm a little camera shy- so someone who will make everyone comfortable is important too!

Who are you using? TIA for any insight!

    photography by leah....she made me feel comfortable right away.  we just got our e-pics back and we loved them.  they are in my bio if u would like to see them.

    Congrats and welcome!

    we are using Blacksilver imaging...they are based out of PA but not charging us for sales tax or travel fees b/c of our location. reasonable prices, plus we are getting a free e-pic session.

    A second for Photography by Leah.  Incredibly nice and super talented.  I'm really camera shy and Leah made the whole e pic session seem like we were just walking around town laughing with a friend.  We just got our CD back and I couldn't be happier.

    Thank you ladies! I just emailed both Blacksilver and Photography by Leah to get more info. uderin- I couldnt find your photos. I'd love to see them though!

    chemistry2000- we interviewed with Amy a little while ago. I love her work, but she didn't seem to want to be there during our meeting. Im already camera shy (not in person though!), so it didnt work out.

    We are having Georgi Anastasov do our wedding.  We felt really comfortable with him  and liked his style. 
    I used Kate's Lens previously and liked her work too.

    Sorry....when I said bio I meant my website which is in my sig...but I just posted a post with a few of my faves...although it was hard to stop at the ones I did post lol.  Good luck with your search!

    I would also suggest checking out Kate's Lens Photography.  I met with her when looking and she was really nice and had great work.

    Malex.. where are you getting married?  We met with Angie and I loved her, unfortunately we waited to long and someone else booked her.

    MBR used Stephanie Glover, and she was really happy with her.  And Paprika, MBR, and myself used her for boudoir photos.  She specializes in portraits, but MBR's photos were beautiful. 

    If you contact Stephanie, I'd give her a couple of weeks... she's about to give birth any day now.

    Also I would check out Sharyn Frenkel.  She is based out of PA, but she did the pics for the former Philly mod, Bride_to_be_2011 and her pics were absolutely gorgeous.

    Ditto Photography By Leah.  We used her for our wedding and she's just amazing.  She's so sweet and really makes you feel comfortable.  Her work is beautiful and her prices are good too.  If you'd like to see my full wedding album I can PM you the link to where I have them posted.

    I'm using Barnyard Photography. They're a family run business based out of Newark. Great prices and Ben & Sean are the best! Check them out.
