On to BM dresses now

My girls tried on these dresses and they flattered all their figures perfectly. So I got it narrowed down to these two dresses(they're practically the same dress) but am torn on the color yet again. My girls keep telling me it's what ever I want and aren't helping much.

 The groomsmen will be wearing grey tuxes. Which dress would you choose?

Hmmm.  What color flowers are you planning?  It looks like the DB dress is more blueish and the Levkoff dress is more redish (undertone).

Both styles are very pretty!

Davids Bridal Lapis does have a blue undertone and it annoys me just a little. BM flowers will consist of orange roses and callas with some deep red and purple ones mixed in and hypercum.

If your flowers will include the deep red and purple, I think the Levkoff dress might go better with them since it does seem to have the more red undertones as miguelhilary said.  If the Davids Bridal one annoys you then even more of a reason to go with the other option!  Either one would be very pretty

I'm partial to the DB lapis because that's what my girls are wearing
But you're right about the blue tone, that's actually what drew me to it.

However, it sounds like that's not necessarily what you're looking for so I'd say go for the other, unless your girls really liked the DB dress better.

I agree with pp... I say go for the second dress (assuming its not a lot more expensive or anything).

i think i like the davids bridal dress better. it's not as "in your face" & matches the grey better

I would say Bill Lekovf, but that's only because I am biased against anything dealing with David's Bridal.  I have heard of too many issues, too many problems, in all departments for it to be made worth my while to go there.  And I know from personal experience that other bridesmaids feel that way, they just won't say it to the bride's face.

I also am biased to Bill Lekovf because in this area, it's sold at Brides and Grooms, and I am so in love with them.  The service is a million times better than David's, the prices are better, and it doesn't feel like you are on a car assembly line. 

If you have issues with the David one, then go with your gut and choose Bill.

what kinds of prices do they have? if they're cheaper than what i could get at davids bridal i'll try them...do they have dresses u can try on like DB?
