Hello Ladies...

I am having dresses handmade for my BM and I am looking for a fabric store. I know there is a JO-Ann Fabrics in Dover, but do any of you know of any others in the lower DE region? Thanks for the help.

There is a sewing shop in rodney village shopping center which is in south dover.  I have had good experiences there and the people are very friendly!
