Photographer Question

My sister is getting married April 30th and her photographer flaked on her.  She is looking at Pro Photography now.  Anyone used them or know anyone who has?

DO NOT USE THEM. i have heard soooo many bad things about them. tell your sis to keep looking. the board can offer suggestions if you say what she is looking for, price range, etc.

Tell her to try BlackSilver. I'm sure they'll have openings. Do not let her use the Pro's. At all. I can firsthand vouch for this. I used them at my first wedding- Do you remember really bad elementary/middle school class pictures? They're right in line with them. Good luck!

Turn around and walk away from them!!  Just search them on TK and you'll find all the reasons why.  No one has had a good experience.

I don't have any experience with them... but have heard BAD BAD things.  Let us know what her budget and style is... and we can make suggestions.

Ditto Wicked.  Pete isn't as "candid" or "journalistic" as others, but his pics are decent.  A former knottie (Donnalynn) used him, and the pics were good.

I would recommend my photog, but she is pregnant and will be out of commission at that point

The other thing I would recommend is paging JLJC, and asking her for her list of photogs.  Since I don't know your budget, I am going with you need someone affordable.  JLJC has a whole list of affordable photogs.

I am using Pete Loundsbury and my best friend used him for her wedding. His pics are great and his prices are even better!!! I will also say DO NOT USE THE PROS!!!

Check out Krista Valla. She is a great local photographer- she has done all of my family's pictures and also my friends. She is great and very personable
