...because we spoke with the lawyer's office today, and the paralegal said something came in the mail for the lawyer regarding my case, but that HE WASN'T IN THE OFFICE TO OPEN IT!  Ugh!  Now I am sitting here trying not to stress about whether or not they approved my surgery!Knottie vibes, please, tons of them...hopefully it will be good news!  I will post about it as soon as I hear something!

WHAT? She wont/cant open it? That is bull. All the mail that comes in says my attorney's name on it but it is part of my job to open it and notify clients of the information promptly. That is so weird considering how important this letter could be. TONS OF VIBES FOR YOU!!!!!!

They denied the surgery.  I am so devastated right now, I don't know what to do.

Oh, I was going to suggest having a fundraiser, like a beef and beer.  At my old job, my coworkers had a fundraiser for a guy named Gary who had a severe form of cancer adn they raised money to help him have surgery.  I think they raised like half the cost.  You can charge like $20 per ticket, and then have auction items that people can bid on, with like $5 a bid, and a 50/50, and such.  Just an idea.  I'd come.
