Hello Ladies,Hope everyone is doing well! We are still on the hunt for the perfect venue, I think we may of found it. We went to visit Penn Oaks Golf Club tonight. It includes everything we wanted and even a little more and FITS IN OUR BUDGET! (We began to think that would never happen). However I was just wondering if anyone has been there before or knows anyone that has. Please let me know! Thanks!

    I have never heard of it- where is it located?If you are okay with sharing your budget, I am sure the girls on this site will be happy to suggest other venues for you to check out in your price range.BTW, your siggy bio link does not work- might want to check that out.

    my junior prom was and it wasn't that great but then again it was only a prom and it was back in 1994, 15 years ago. I believe they changed some things around since then.

    Hi Happy! Did you meet with Dawn or Melissa? Both of them are great. My parents are members of the club, so I've gone there often and I'm actually taking my future SIL to look there on Saturday. My bridal shower was held there and I've attended a wedding there. I absolutely love the staff, I think they go above and beyond and do anything to make you happy. Their food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Let me know what you thought. Good luck!

    Hello,We went and saw it on Tuesday. We met with Melissa. She was great! We have 228 guests on our list *huge I know* but Melissa assures me it will fit COMFORTABLY, I am just nervous!! But the place was beautifully decorated and manicured grounds. The actual room was great as was the patio for the reception, which Melissa said as of July 3rd, 2010 they are having french door put in and a new tent on the patio... So We will see :)

    Thats good. I think the wedding I went to had 220 in the room and it was fine. When are you looking to get married?
