Well, with only a month left to go, my preggy SIL decides today she doesnt' want her BM gown, and wants to order the maternity gown from AA.  WTF!  It's going to cost more money, not just for the gown, but for a RUSH order.  Why or why?????

Tell her that since she is electing the change than that is a cost that she must undertake. You should not be expected to pay for 2 dresses.

I agree with Jackie. I would make her pay for the dress if you already bought the first one.

I am also with Jackie on this one.Is it possible to check with Brides and Grooms to see if it will be cheaper?  I know they price match- maybe try finding it online for a better price, and then see if they will match?Can I ask, what's so wrong with the dress that she has now?  Does it not fit/look right with the pregnancy?

i did not buy any of the BM gowns.  they were on their own for that one.I did call bridal and tuxedo shoppe...they have one there in the color i need adn hopefully the size.  so, i just have to get down there with SIL to get it.

yes, it is...and if the size doesn't fit, then the rush shipping takes 5-6 weeks.  I'm getting married in 4.5 weeks.  HOLY CRAP  4.5 WEEKS!  I need to get stuff done ASAP!
