Hello, I am about to pick up my wedding dress and have heard you pay significantly more to have your dress altered at the bridal shop.  Does anyone know of a good seamstress innear Wilmington?

A lot of brides use Elaine Morgan.  i don't have her # though.

I have her # 738-5594I went to her for something else but she normally has a lot of people she alters gowns and lot of prom dresses.She did an ascot and pocket square for me. That turned out okay. I forget how much she told me for alterations to wedding gown. HTH

A ton of girls on here use Elaine, and depending how much time you have, you should have enough that she can fit you in, especially since this isn't prom season.  She can also do the BP dresses and the MOB/MOG dresses.I have heard many good things about her, and she comes highly recommended on here.
