I have an appt with Sophia on 11/19...I guess I just want to know what to expect when I go for the first time.  Does anyone know, will I pay for the alterations up front, once we figure out what we're going to do, or after everything is done?  Do you tip a seamstress?  TIA!

    You pay Sophia in cash when you pick up your dress, after she has done all of the alterations. I don't think you need to tip her, I've never tipped a seamstress.
