Poster size seating chart

I was at a bridal show last year in Delaware and I met a woman who made these poster size seating charts. I decided that I wasn't going to go with it then, but then I have changed my mind and I want it now....however, I have already thrown away the information! :-( If anyone has any idea where to get this, could you let me know? I do not want to make it myself.... Thanks!!!

I have not heard of someone who does it for you in this area, but doing yourself is actually not hard- you just make a Publisher or Powerpoint chart, print it out or burn it to a CD, take it to Kinko's or Staples, and they will print it for you.

If you can remember what the bridal show was (or even the time of year, because we can help you remember which one it was based off of where and when), you may be able to contact the bridal show, via website or email, for a list of vendors, and find it that way.

You may also check with people who make invitations (most notably, Proud to Plan, but there are other paper product makers out there, you just have to search for them).  Also, look into DCAD, UD, or UArts, with their graphic arts department.  Often you can find students who are willing to do projects like this in exchange for minimal payment and allowance to use the design in their portfolio.

The other thing I would suggest perhaps doing is checking out Etsy.  If you can't find someone offering it on the site, put out an alchemy (a request from you to have someone make what you want, since you can't find it offered).

You may also ask on the Philly board.

I would definitely check out Etsy.com. I have seen a ton of them under the wedding category. They also have some that match invitations and table numbers. If you can't find it under "wedding" then just type in "wedding seating charts" in the search option.

Thought I'd share this.  It isn't what you were referring to but thought it was a cool idea...

    Hey gals,
I actually found the paper after a ton of searching! Don't know if anyone else is considering this, but it is different and I love it!

    Here is the website:
