Lodge/Barn reception search

I would like to get married in my church which is NW of Colmbus about 45 min (Raymond, OH). I'd like a facility with a pretty outdoor setting, somewhat rustic, like a barn or lodge. I haven't been able to find anything close. A/C is a must since we are planning on next August. Anyone know of a place?

Has anyone tried A/C in a tent?

If you find anything let me know! I have tried searching all over Columbus and the surrounding areas and am just SOL. One place I looked at, Camp Mary Orton, is about 10 min north of the 270 loop off 23 but doesn't have AC. I looked into renting AC units to cover the lodge for the day but it was way out of our budget. One guy quoted us $4000. I had no idea it could get that expensive, I was thinking a small portable unit would be adequate and would cost a couple hundred dollars.

Oko so I went to MetroCuisine to talk with them about catering and they recommended this brand new barn in Upper Arlington. It is owned by the city and she said it is absolutely beautiful. It is called Amelita Mirolo. They let you bring your own alcohol and everything. I have not seen it, but the caterer said it was beautiful. Hope this helps!

I just discovered this place too and am hoping to look at it next week. What have your experiences been so far with the place?
