1 month!

Oh my gosh! I can't believe I'm just a month away! We just went and got our marriage license today... it's sooo intense...

My stress levels are at an ultimate high right now though... our RSVPs are due in 1 week, and I still have over half of them un-responded too. Is it okay to be freaking out about that? The passive-aggressive bitch in me wants to make under handed comments, but I have no idea on how to get them in any faster. Honestly, how complicated is it to make a check mark, write your name, and put it in a pre-stamped envelope!? Meh.

I need to de-stress... Does anyone have any good suggestions besides getting a massage? :-/

I COMPLETELY understand!  We are 25 days away and still have almost haf that haven't responded and all they needed to do was name and checkmark...stamp and envelope included!  RSVP date is this weekend.  I don't understand why it is so difficult to decide if you are coming or not, we have been engaged for almost 2 years and have had the date picked almost right away.  It's not like we didn't give our guests plenty of notice.

To destress you could go on a date with your FI and just forget about all the stupid little things you have to do.  Remember the wedding is about your relationship and not about the million things you have to do in the next month  : )  You will be the only one who will notice if you didn't get everything done that you wanted to.

I like the idea of the date! That is a good way to destress, swear that you both will not speak about the wedding and just have fun! :)

I also like going for bike rides or runs that clears my head because the only thing I can focus on is breathing and making it through the workout.

    Good luck and congrats!!!!

ahhh i'm so excited for you! and for you too a-ingram.
i would be totally annoyed about the RSVP thing. i'm so anal about that stuff though. i sort of feel like until you are in/plan a wedding you just don't get how important the on-time RSVP is.
if you all want to meet to get a drink, we could do that :) seriously, pm me! otherwise i say go back through and look at all of your old wedding to-do lists. be proud of how incredibly far you've come! spend time with your friends, bridesmaids and momma because after the wedding you'll want to spend some time nesting with your new hubs.
    good luck!

Post something on FB and put the word out to your mom and his to remind people.

Wow, a month to go! I am 5 months out and it's really just starting to hit home!

Oooh ooh I know a fabulous de-stress idea!! Today (or maybe it was yesterday) the Groupon for Columbus was $20 for $40 worth of fare at The Wine Guy in Gahanna. That's one of FI and I's favorite little places to go....especially when it's nice out and you can sit outside and listen to the fountain :)

I agree...date night!  You can go see the Hangover Part II to give you a good laugh and go out to dinner somewhere.  It doesn't have to be fancy and it'll take your mind off of things.

Yes date night is an  awesome idea.  My FI and I have date night every other week and we make sure not to talk about wedding stuff.  It is super fun way to de-stress and reconnect.

Aside from a date night....have you ever tried yoga?  You can find some really good relaxing ones, and they honestly make me feel so refreshed and relaxed.  Just another idea! You could try to start doing it a couple times a week.

Exciting!  I'm so close to the day as well.  We are also doing a date night next week and I am considering the massage if I can find the time.  I
