My Dad and I are meeting with people from the venue that we want today... so cross your fingers that it goes well!  We're going to the Clarion in New Castle.  Anyone been?  I've heard great things about it, but I haven't been there in over 20 years back when it was a Ramada and my dad worked there.

It's just my dad and I today... FI has an all-important playoff kickball game today...

Good Luck!  I don't know of anyone who has used it, but I have seen pics and the ballroom is really pretty!  I hope it works out great for you; can't wait to see your post on how it went!

The Chamber of Commerce has used it for a few events so I would think it was decent.  It looks like they have done alot of work on it too.

It's gorgeous!  They put a LOT of work into it.  My dad used to worked there when it was a Ramada when they did a lot of business, but he hasn't been back in years.  But it went well!!!  We had thought about getting married on a Sunday to save some money, but we don't have to.  Now I just need to call the church back.... they were being wary of having a wedding on a Sunday.
