I might have to change time

for the ceremony..  My dad is the officiant and just got told he has a conference to go to.

My question - are the beaches too crowded around 3 or 4pm to try to get a small section to have the ceremony? (I'm getting married at Bethany Beach.)

most people go earlier on so it's not too hot...so 3-4 should be ok.
