ok- i still can't PM anyone...i've emailed customer service and they haven't gotten back to me...can anyone tell me what email to use or how to set up my account so i can send a PM?? please help! thanks

I am pretty sure they haven't gotten back to you because the main person who does that job is on vacation this week.  It may take me a few days, or at least until Monday for her to reply, but either her or I will try and get you an answer soon.
