about the private messaging thing and i actually got a response from someone else about fixing the problem, it isn't fixed yet, but we've emailed several times back and forth to try and solve the problem...just thought you might want to know

Oh, I am glad to hear that you got in touch with someone!  If you still need help, I can try and contact Knot Annie directly.  It sounds like it's an IT problem, unfortunately.  When they did the switch over (back in Jan, they redid the look of the boards completely), they experienced a lot of IT issues- and some of them are still around.
