yay for checks!

Ok huuuuge checks - invitations are in the mail!! Woo hoo!! I dropped them in the big blue mail box at the post office an hour ago!!

and I decided on the guys tuxes and set up a group whatever at mens warehouse.

Those were two heavy burdens on my shoulders that needed to be done asap. The guy at Mens Warehouse was great - he was dressing and undressing mannequins for me so I could see different options together. I am sooo glad they are done.

oh yeah - and I have a veil! It's my something borrowed. It's an ivory veil from 20 years ago (my FMIL's best friends veil) with rhinestones on it. It's perfect!

Yay!  I've been a total bride slacker lately... I haven't done ANYTHING.  I still have to call a florist and a cake place.

At first I read your post that you're sending the invites with a little over a month left and thought "WHOA, you're what???"  Then I remembered you moved the wedding up and aren't on a long timeline

haha i'm just reading this! I know! It sounds so crazy!! I wanted to get them out a week sooner but it just didn't happen! My  bridal shower is next weekend and i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around how close everything is!!! I still have so much more work to do! it will all get done. it will all get done. it will all get done....
