I'm a RI Nestie needing Delaware venue help!

A friend of mine is in a tight spot and I'm hoping someone here can help... here's the message from her:

Last week my fiance and I got some terrible news, our wedding reception venue Catch 54 in Bethany Beach, Delaware had a major fire and only a month before our wedding day.  The damage was significant and the restaurant has been closed since, which leaves us without a place to host our friends and family on our special day.  In the height of wedding season and so close to our wedding date, we are left trying to figure it all out.

Does anyone know of a venue that might work for her? Thank you so much.

Wow, that's horrible.  I'm not extremely experienced with weddings down-state, but I think you can get married at places like Northbeach or The Lighthouse in Dewey if they are big enough venues.  She might find some availability there.  Or try Nassau Orchards, I went to a wedding there, and it was very nice.
Not sure about the short notice, but if they have dates open, I'm sure they'll work out something.
I wonder if the owners of Catch 54 own any other restaurants where they could move it to?  I just looked at the website and it appears to be owned by SoDel Concepts...maybe she can get in touch with them and figure out a backup spot.
    Good luck!

How large is her wedding?  That will be a big determining factor.  She could try Irish Eyes in Lewes DE.  They have a venue that can hold up to 80 people I think for a reception and there is a park across the canal where you can do a ceremony.  Also, check out The Rookery Golf Course.  Beautiful venue but again only holds about 80 people seated.  There is also a hotel in Millsboro DE called The Brick (I think) it's an old Inn there and they have several venues available inside and out.  These are all places I can think of that are outside of the box and may not be booked already.  There are a lot of other restaurants too depending on the size she needs.

The owners own several restaurants.  Have they checked with them about moving it to one of their other places?
