ok, i feel dumb, but for whatever reason i can't seem to private message anyone, every time i click that buttun it just takes me to my bio page...what do i do from there??

    I just had the same problem. I sent an e-mail to customer service on the knot and they sent me an e-mail back with a link to set up my "message board profile". Apparently it is different than your main profile? Now it works fine.
